It's only a LOI but should this dual-purpose acquisition come2pass , I see this as money well-spent & I don't see the proposed 300K restricted shares as being much of a dillution factor (even if they cashed-in all at once) out the total 30M+ O/S. Trading on the Archer TSX has reached 500K+ already today & even though it appears to be sellers , the PPS is holding its ground pretty well....just sayin'
