I think you missed the 8K where they announced the JV never came to fruition because the buyer of the Solar Power agreement could not come up with the financing, hence making GLER a shell with the Knightsbridge lawsuit. Now that the Knightsbridge lawsuit is being spun off, GLER is a clean sheet with $1 million in the bank getting ready to be r/m'd.... tic, toc
