Chairman and CEO of Inova Technology.
Adam Radly is originally from Melbourne, Australia. He studied banking and finance at Monash University in Melbourne but he left in order to start his career before finishing the degree. He briefly worked as a business credit analyst at Australia's largest bank (National Australia Bank) then established a property development firm (Value Added Investments) in 1994. In 1997 Adam Radly founded a new company called ISIS Communications with approximately $3,000 of credit card debt. Over a period of two years, Adam created two startups and completed six acquisitions for Isis and, in 1999, this activity culminated in a $50 million IPO for Isis. At the time of the IPO, Adam was the founder, CEO and largest shareholder. Under Adam Radly’s management Isis provided broadcasting services for several major television networks such as NBC Universal, CBS, and ESPN and developed partnerships with Hewlett-Packard and Sun Microsystems among many others. The Isis startups included some educational software that started to generate interest in the United States. In order to fund the US expansion in 2000, Adam Radly completed a seconday offering to raise an additional $40 million from several U.S. institutional investors. At one point in time, Fidelity owned 10% of Isis and T Row Price owned 5% of Isis. Isis merged with its largest competitor in 2002 and now focuses on providing large scale entertainment event management services and operates under the name Staging Connections. It most recently announced annual revenues of approximately $170 million.

Adam Radly has completed 16 acquisitions, established several startups and raised more than $100 million for these ventures (as a priincipal - not as an advisor or employee). More recently, Adam has started building Inova Technology where Adam has increased revenue from $400,000 to more than $20 million in three years through a combination of organic growth and acquisition - all done during the recession. Adam has also recently founded the startups Clean Planet Group LLC and the mobile retail app buisness, Shopinova.

A committed philanthropist, Adam Radly co-founded Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund Australia and was a co founder and one of the organizers of World Reconciliation Day 2000 (featuring Nelson Mandela). Currently, Adam Radly accomplishes his charitable efforts with the Radly Center, the non-profit organization he launched to assist people in developing nations.

Adam Radly: "We have two subsidiaries, one called RightTag, and another one called Trakkers. Both of them focus on developing state-of-the-art RFID scanners. With RightTag, for example, we were one of the first in the world to develop a BlueTooth RFID scanner 3 or 4 years ago. But our main product
really is the Trakkers scanner. We call it the MI, that's pronounced "me", and this scanner is capable of reading 1D and 2D bar code as well as RFID and also mag-striped cards."

"It's an all-in-one device about the size of an iPhone. If people want to see an image or get more information, they can get it from our website. This device, in addition to reading 1D and 2D bar code, RFID and mag-stripe, also has a GPRS capability which means that any of the data that it reads can be sent over the cell phone network to any location."

"So it's not just wireless over a BlueTooth distance or a WiFi distance, it is wireless over any distance. It is the only product of its kind in the world asfar as we're aware and we're very optimistic about the likely uptake of the product, especially given that it is a unique product that cannot be provided by any of our competitors at this point in time."
