With more than a decade of experience honing his craft at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms and government agencies in the United States, John is uniquely poised to provide our clients with the exceptional and sophisticated service expected of large "big law" firms but at a reasonable "small firm price."
Since graduating from law school with honors in 1999 and working under United States Federal Judge Solomon Oliver, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, John has acquired extensive courtroom knowledge having taken numerous jury and bench trials to verdict.
...
John began his career in his hometown of Baltimore working for the venerable law firm Weinberg & Green, which later merged with Philadelphia based law firm Saul Ewing in John's first year of practice.
...
After three years with Saul Ewing, John realized that his heart was leading him to the independence of his own law practice and not a career as a corporate law firm drone mindlessly billing hours for well heeled corporate clients.
...
With his mind set on one day opening his own law practice and with an eye toward gaining the best possible experience as a base from which to serve his own clients, John has worked as:
an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland, where he had primary litigation responsibility for the Maryland Aviation Administration (BWI/Thurgood Marshall Airport) in all litigation in federal and state courts, and administrative hearings including zoning hearings and appeals, contract bid protests, federal security clearance, insurance litigation, and personal injury litigation throughout the Maryland federal, state and administrative court system; an Assistant District Director, United States Department of Labor, New York City District Office, where he supervised a staff of over 20 compliance officers and brought enforcement actions and ensured compliance with the nation's employment laws by working toward eradicating discrimination in the workplace; an attorney in the New York office of Jackson Lewis, the premier law firm in the United States specializing in labor and employment law with over 600 attorneys nationwide, where he represented large and small government contractors meet their labor and employment law obligations; an attorney in the nearly 400 attorney strong Washington, D.C. law firm of Epstein, Becker & Green, where he squared off against some of the nation's strongest labor unions such as UNITE HERE and the SEIU, in successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements and fighting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board; in conjunction with his private law practice, as the Chief Legal Officer of I.L. Creations, a federal government contractor in Washington, D.C.
John came to the United States in the 70s as a young child from South Korea. As with many immigrant families, John learned the value of hard work by working in his parents' business in Baltimore City starting at 11 years old and through his college years. John earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Binghamton University (NY, 1994) and his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve School of Law (OH - 1999). John is admitted to practice law in Maryland and District of Columbia. John and his wife, a prominent physician with her own medical practice, reside in Boyds, Maryland with their three daughters.
John was instrumental in founding the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Maryland ("APABA-MD") and serving as its inaugural President (2002-2003).
...
John has also served as a leader of the Korean American Bar Association where he led the panel discussion on "ethics" at the 2008 National Convention in Philadelphia.
John is deeply committed to "giving back" to the community. John has served as the Vice-President of the Washington Coalition for Comfort Women Issues, which is a non-profit organization devoted to seeking acknowledgement, respect and dignity for the victims of war atrocities. He is also actively involved with the Washington Coalition for Dokdo Island.

With this Background, how do you end up as a Pennystock promoter?

Per the Filings for another J.Scott Sitra Company called Blue Water Restaurant Group, Inc.(OTCQB:BUWR) the legal Opinon Letters are coming from the same Source Ki&Hwang.
