So the OS is a lot lower than I assumed it would be. I don't know enough about the biz to either justify or criticize the office/warehouse lease agreements. Wondering if all are still needed since they seem to have streamlines and shut down some regional offices. I-box shows 5 regional offices. Website shows three, with London and San Francisco being new. So, I guess the suits from the staffing companies makes sense in a way. But, If the 4 offices had been profitable or enhancing biz, they would not have shut them down, imo. Looks like the Dallas office is the only original one they kept. So, I guess they will deal with the former employees in court. But feel they must have some cause that can be shown in their favor. But, I guess you never know what was in the original contract. The letter from Nlyte is confusing to me since I believed they only used licensed software from partners. If so, the burden would be on those partners don't you think? Possibly the letter was sent to many? I guess a call to the company could answer a few of these questions. But, I see no way around not paying the IRS. Sounds like some of the debt was inherited from the merger, but they need to settle, pay or get on a payment plan, imo. Was very happy to read they got off the expensive IR merry go round. The agreement they signed in January makes sense and seems more fair, imo. Biz seems to be improving, with the 4th Q almost 70% better than the 3rd Q. The funding is impossible for me to figure out, except that Black Diamond still feels confident to lend. The last tranche (1.75 million) of last Falls funding should be in their account now. Would love a pr addressing much of what I have addressed here, but I usually don't get what I want, lol. I read the K yesterday and after a nights sleep, these thoughts, opinions and questions stayed in the front. But, do know from experience that every time you read such a document, you see/learn something new. So, probably need to read it again...all this just my opinion, so if anyone can clarify or would share their opinion, that would be great!
