NEW EMAILS FROM NICK!!!

I got a couple of replies from Nick regarding the PPS and the discussion over the weekend regarding products and stores. See below:

1st email:

Sir, your question is a difficult one to answer. Why we are still in this price range is beyond me. Although, I do feel that the chill has a lot to do with it. On a daily basis, I get no less than 100 emails asking why MDIN cannot be purchased by a certain broker. Perhaps there are hundreds or even thousands of eager investors who would buy in if there was no chill. That type of buying would bring us into the teens probably, so maybe that is the answer. The DTCC should get to us any day now and maybe that will take us to the next level.

Another major factor is up-listing. Next quarter we plan to be audited and moving up to a real exchange. There MM's cannot play the dirty tricks, and so our share price should reflect our real value.

I hope that answers some of your question anyway, Thank you for your support!

2nd email:

We have run into this a few times here, and I hate to say it but in many cases the investors are what causes this problem in the first place. I would like to point out to you that none of us have stated publicly which specific stores carry our product(s). We may say stores "LIKE" Walmart, CVS, and Rite Aid carry the product but there is a reason we never said that store "X" is putting it in X number of stores…the shareholders are the reason. Retail stores cannot afford to be bombarded with phone calls about a product because of people worried about the company stock. Early on this happened with Foodtown supermarkets and as a result they dropped the product completely. I fear the same may happen with the others as we have already had complains from a few of them and they expressed concern that a relationship with us could create liability. They hear "stock", and "penny stock" and get all these calls and it worries them. Not to mention pissing them off.

I have explained this before, but I will explain it to you again, although I'm going to ask that people in the future go and read up on my past statements about this. Initially we were going to be carried in 5 major retail stores as a promotional end panel item. This is great but does not guarantee re-orders etc. When Hurricane Sandy hit, distribution in the NE was disrupted and this gave us time and opportunity, and we were able to negotiate permanent shelf space. The problem with permanent shelf space is that most stores do what they call "plan-o-grams" twice per year for our section. September/november and June/July. Since we missed September, we are aligned for June/july and look forward to gaining permanent space at that time. Now when June comes and the plan-o-grams are distributed to the various stores, they still have to get to it. Not every store can do it on june 1st and so the generality is that they get to it before July 30th. It shouldn't take longer, but has in the past. it's really dependent on the store.

Those stores that already received the promotional stock did put it up (or most did) which was about 10% of them, although in most cases the UPC was never entered into the POS system by HQ and had to be manually put in on the store level. It happens. It won't be added to the system until the plan-o-grams are released store by store.

However I have personally received many photos of the product on the shelf from shareholders, I am hesitant to post them because if people see which stores they are going to hammer them with calls and lose the damn contract for us as they have in the past…It's much safer to just let people see it there when they see it there. I have to ask shareholders to refrain from calling anyone about MedGen products! You only stand to spook them, and lose us the deal. Unfortunately this is how it is. Everyone needs to just settle down and stop playing detective or it'll be the very shareholders that support MDIN which cause it's demise…I cannot warn enough of the damage that has already been caused.

FYI, the big 5 has now turned into 11 and we are happy, but now you can see why I do not say who they are.

I hope that makes sense to you and the others, and I hope everyone takes my advice here. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Nicholas Chieco

So basically, the way I see it, hold on to this stock and you will make at least 3-400% within 6 months...where else will you get that kind of return?
