My best read, seasoned by experience, several "short term traders" gambling in this stock were over leveraged and had too many shares playing for the pop in the stock that should have happened when the merger was approved.

That didn't happen, and these types surge onto another quick story/quick buck.

the difficulty arise in either "waiting for a pop higher" to sell into, or owning too many shares to start with and all hitting the door in short order.

There is no new news that I'm aware of, so the "new cycle pump" is not evident. And "support technicals have been broken" adding to the capitulation.

Finally, I'm thinking everyone and their dog knows that more funding has to be raised in order to make up the difference between the 210mil level they currently have banked and the near $308mil level needed to put Eaase into production.
