During the 3-day audit, the P2O processor ran in continuous mode, with 121,318 pounds of throughput, producing 10,287 gallons of No. 6 Fuel and 4,269 gallons of Naphtha

Interesting we now know that P2 can only produce in 15,0000 gallon runs before needing to be shutdown, cleaned out, and then restarted. That fact comes from the company itself.

So the company makes an audited run with the SAIC that just fits into that 15,000 gallon window. You have to hand it to them, when it comes to obfuscation they are pretty good.
