Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared an increase in the quarterly cash distribution paid to partners to $0.67 per common unit, or $2.68 per unit on an annualized basis. The quarterly distribution will be paid on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. This distribution, which represents a 6.8 percent increase over the $0.6275 per unit distribution declared with respect to the first quarter of 2012, is the 44th distribution increase since Enterprises initial public offering in 1998 and the 35th consecutive quarterly increase.
