SKTO ... looks like they just never took Berman & Company off from back in 2011 when the ticker used to be actively pumping fake medical assets.

Below is a screen short from Decmember of 2011 followed by a screen shot from present day.

What is note worthy, though, is that SKTO has made it clear that they have no intention of curing the real business entity associated with the SKTO ticker, the entity created back in 2000 that has been in forfeiture since 2011. On the present day screen shot they changed their date of incorporate to 2007 which in reality is the date of the incorporation of the SK3 Group Inc that was "merged out" into CTT International Distributers to effect the name change back in 2007. The 2007 Sk3 Group Inc is the "non-surviving entity". My guess is the taxes are much lower for the 2007 entity thus the reason they would rather fraudulently claim that one as the entity for the SKTO ticker.

The state of Delaware SOS has all the filings though so anybody can go to that site and order the documents that show exactly what SKTO disclosed in their filings back in 2010 and prior about the 2007 SK3 Group Inc entity being the non-surviving entity.

The type of action that only a scam ticker would participate in

From your post it sounds like Berman & Company never worked for them. Not even in back in 2010/2011 which is scary since SKTO had Berman & Co listed in their filings as their accountant also. Maybe Berman & Co forgot?

Still the fact that they changed their OTC page but left Berman & Co comes across as them trying to intentionally mislead SKTO investors. Just par for the course IMO for this scam ticker.
