The guy is not remembering correctly.

This really is rather odd. The company filed its last audited financials--a 10-K for the period ended 31 December 2007--on 15 April 2008. The auditor at that time was Manning Elliot LLP, from Vancouver.

In 2008, the CPA working for the company was Allan Smethers, with AP Data Processing in Cambridge, MN.

Berman's name did appear on the Initial Information and Disclosure Statement filed on 3 January 2011, as "accountant or auditor".

BUT in the annual report filed on 22 April 2011, under "accountant or auditor" it says "None selected yet."

AFter that, they stopped filing. So it seems likely that Berman never did any work for them.
