Time for compliance was up on December 4th with the Master Default Order and Treaty didn't even show up for the hearing. C&C Petroleum (Treaty Energy) currently cannot get permits to drill because of non-compliance. The Barnes leases are under severance.(McComas -A- lease as well) That means they are severed from the minerals. They cannot pump or sell oil or gas, or transfer the lease. The P-5 now has a 91.114 TNR flag because of the Master Default Order witch also means they will not be able to renew their P-5. That would mean they could not pump or sell any oil or gas off of any of the leases or transfer leases under the Operator number 120104 (C&C Petroleum).
