Correct. His departure from PKTX was effected on December 19 2012 two days after the SEC announced on December 17 2012 it was suing the then at that time PKTX Director Max Arella for his part in fellow Canadian pump and dump scam Spencer Pharma:

His apparent departure was never officially announced or the subject of an 8-K. Instead an eagle-eyed PKTX investor noted that while he was on the Board on December 17, he was gone by December 19:
