dmceng, when you look at all of the 8K and other filings since March 19th of 2012, you will see how they have been building the foudation to what I believe will be a large organization.

So yes, not only will they have a shareholder's meeting (required by Wash.law) by the end of June 2013, I expect WMIH will announce their business plan between now and the end of June, 2013 which will revalue the price of WMIH equity to a level alligned with their business plan via an 8K filing soon.

The shareholder's meeting is also a requirement of the POR within 15 months from the effective date of March 19, 2012.
