My name is Gary Vecchiarelli and I am the CFO of Galaxy. Our COO forwarded me your email and I’d be more than happy to address your questions.

Foremost, out products are considered associated gaming. Licensing for associated equipment varies by jurisdiction, but in Nevada we only need to be registered with the commission. This is a much different status than a full-blown license. We take regulatory matters very seriously and I can assure you we are in compliance with licensure requirements in every jurisdiction we do business.



After reviewing the just released 10k, I think 2 main issues are holding back this company. First, the 3 ongoing lawsuits involve the CEO, Mr. Saucier and his involvement with past entities that were forerunners to the current Galaxy Gaming as well as some current issues with the Washington State Gaming commission. To me, this could be the biggest problem with this company. Second, they have to many liabilities due to certain acquisitions.

Good luck to anyone owning shares. For me, until their litigations are resolved, hopefully in a positive way for the company, I will keep it on my tracking list.
