Now that the Board of Heffernan Holding has approved the finalization of the take over the company will focus on the divestiture of a number of investments that require additional funding.

Cash raised will be focused on developing new investments and a new concentration on long term equity investments. This will require an additional level of reporting that may demand a venue change.

Should a venue change be immediately necessary there may be a reverse split to facilitate the requirements. There will be no dilution until 2015.

Commencing in 2015 the company will be paying directors and there will be an equity incentive based on performance for senior directors.
