About Solanbridge Group, Inc: Solanbridge Group, Inc. is an investment company and diversified holding company whose main business is purchasing revenue generating foreign and domestic private/public companies. Solanbridge Group is currently comprised of two subsidiaries, David's Steak and Seafood and David's On The River, which the Company signed a letter of intent that includes a 2 year lease with the option to purchase all of the real estate and building at 4445 Dixie Hwy NE in Palm Bay, Florida. The Company plans on entering into a definitive agreement after its 45 day due diligence period. Since the real-estate is directly on the Indian River, the Company will have several engineers surveying the property over the next 45 days in order to confirm the buildings and lands integrity. The price for Pisano's is $1 million and the purchase is contingent on funding, completion of due diligence and entry into a definitive agreement.
