You do realize much like this company the guy is morally bankrupt!!! Stop saying he gave his shares as executive compensation, when you know damn well he stole our money and gave the company to them for his own selfish reasons!! Existing shareholder own nothing!! The float is like 4.5MM shares or something stupid like that!!! This company should be delisted for not floating the company, not uplisted!! Just wait till they tell you they lost $2,000,000 last year and now there are a Billion shares outstanding and a new r/s on the horizon!!! IT IS ALL COMING PEOPLE!!! THIS IS A DILUSSION SCAM BEYOND BELIEF!!

THE CEO HAS NEVER DONE ANYTHING BUT STEAL $20,000,000 from existing shareholder!! I say $20,000,000 cause that is the current Mcap, but in reality this POC is worthless!!!
