10:10 AM There's a dividend hike in the mREIT sector with MFA Financial (MFA) raising its quarterly payout to $0.22 from $0.20 last quarter. The hybrid-REIT's investments in non-agency MBS paid off with a big jump in book value last year carrying over into 2013.
