From last night's ITNS lie-sheet:

"Itonis, Inc. (OTC:ITNS) and Charles Hensley, Ph.D., the inventor of the Zicam® Cold Remedy, and founding member of Itonis Pharmaceuticals, are pleased to provide a status update on Itonis Pharmaceuticals' developments on its over-the-counter homeopathic spray for the treatment of nausea.
The Company previously announced the selection of its U.S.-based manufacturer. Under the leadership of Dr. Hensley, the Company is on target to begin full production of its anti-nausea spray with product sales set to begin by Summer 2013.
"We are very excited that our new anti-nausea product will reach consumers just in time for summer vacation travels. It is always a proud moment when a product cycle matures from the design phase and advances to the point of actual consumer use. Please stay tuned for further production updates in the coming weeks and months ahead," says Dr. Hensley, President of Itonis Pharmaceuticals, and Mark Cheung, CEO of Itonis, Inc."

It will be interesting to see how ITNS commences to sell its "anti-nausea" homeopathic remedy (for which read fake quackery designed to exploit the naive and gullible) without falling foul of FDA's strict regulations banning the promotion of dsease treatments without the appropriate NDA. As soon as they mention it is meant to treat nausea, it becomes a medicine and requires an NDA.

In reality, of course, this product will never reach the market. The sole intention is to provide a hook via a series of vapor PRs like last night's from which to promote the ITNS pump and dump machine.

We've heard from the mountebanks Cheung and Hensley - no doubt their Merry Andrews will not be far behind:
