FRTD - a lot of misinformation being bantered about. As I am lead to believe the local community of Erie PA, is supporting Fortitude Group Inc. along with the company’s management. Further yet, people who have worked alongside of the CEO are buying stock. Amazing how slander and lies, as I would classify them are made on this board by posters who when confronted do nothing but spin additional nonsense by answering a question with a question.
Let’s look at some facts.

1) Company announces it has acquired Legacy Science, and with that an FDA approved Comprehensive Airway Management system. With this news come many statements made by posters on this board that the company has no such product. If that is the case I am sure these good Samaritans who are trying to protect investors from themselves would have by now contacted the SEC to begin an investigation based on the company submitting into the marketplace false news. The fact of the matter is, that the company has chosen in its and the shareholders best interest to not identify the product until such a time that will benefit the company and the shareholders. Mr. Cuzzola in fact stated on the last CC with shareholders this very point, and I paraphrase The space is very competitive, and we are not prepared at this time to release that information, this was in reply to a direct question asking about the product and its historical revenues.

2) There have been many posts about Mr. Cuzzola, all focused on his distinguished career as an educator, funny how when these same posters ask the question how does this qualify him to run a medical device company, they skip or omit his career with Pfizer. In addition they never recognize as any person who is able to draw an analogy how operating within an administrator position such as a vice principle or a school teacher would prepare one to be detailed oriented and organized to be disciplined in the art of self-management, not to mention the skills learned to be a motivator.

3) The history of all past management and associates of this company when it operated under different names is clear as one can see the Modus operandi by reading the filings, In other words who gave shares to whom and for what, all of which one would concluded without benefit to shareholders or future growth of the company. No the facts point to only one thing, self-enrichment.

4) Again we heard of past relationships from our present CEO and past management or companies. Again one with any sense of rational thinking skills would realize that when you clients wish to invest in a company you invest their money in that company. No one past provided proof that as an investment banker our current CEO has ever been either a director or officer of any of this company’s quoted. Therefore he was not in a position to vote or carry out any act related to the business activities of any of these companies.
Oh yeah I forgot he was listed on PR’s as a contact, so he could answer the phones for them as an IR contact, big freaking deal. IR’s do not run companies or issue shares.

There can be no doubting that we have several people hostile to this company and to its new direction and management. One would have to ask themselves why that is. For me the answer is clear, our CEO has filed legal action against several of them, and this is the only course of action they can take, which is to try to destroy him, and the company he is trying to build, All without regard to any innocent shareholder they may hurt in the process, But why would that bother them, they have stolen from shareholders for years.

Funny how we used to hear that the company IR doesn’t reply to certain posters on this board, while yet many others have posted how quickly they rep[ly to them. One again would have to ask if those who stated otherwise where telling the truth or just trying to create whatever diversion they could to scare people away.
Anyone who is invested in this company clearly has an agenda, and that is to see it succeed so the PPS can rise, and we make money. The agenda of the others is what we shareholders have to question. I don’t buy that they are here seven days a week, at all hours of the day and night out of the goodness of their hearts.
I wish all shareholders nothing less than great success. I think FRTD is a sound investment. I am of the opinion that we have a solid management team with Mr. Parilla, Mr. Cuzzola and Dr. Colantonio. Those who claim otherwise should right now today file their complaints with the FINRA and the SEC, and show us the results!!!
