I wish I could post the entire Complaint word for word because it is such an interesting and revealing read that goes through the dirty world of how these tickers (particularly CCTC) were used by a group of individuals to allegedly illegally issue and sell millions of dollars worth of stock into the market using false and misleading press releases. All total, the Soffin's claim that James Byrd and James Painter induced financial beneficiaries to "spread the wealth" through various business associates and family members who actively participated and received financial benefit from some six stock fraud schemes that were facilitated at the Morgan and Morgan Orland office, as well as active participation from John Morgan and Tucker Byrd dating back to 2008.
