I don't know what's up here but I had been holding this patiently since AUG 2011 before I sold my 400000 shares today. I saw it pop up on Monday and I forgot to remove my sell order and I slept a little past the bell and it had triggered and sold. I more than doubled my money here. As far as the company, it is related to a company called nTact which is the dba for FAS holding group, they do extrusion technology. Anyway, I wish I was still holding. Here it is. Hope it makes sense.

Mr. Friedrich has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and finance. He originally joined FAS as a consultant to help the company restructure and has since held the positions of Executive Vice President with FAS Technologies and Vice President of Marketing during FAS’s joint venture with NexTech Solutions. Before joining FAS, Mr. Friedrich was Vice President at Hughes-Roth Capital Markets, a private investment bank focusing on Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for business development, relationship management, and overseeing the underwriting process. During his tenure at Hughes-Roth Mr. Friedrich was instrumental in the Company’s signing and structuring of over half a billion dollars in financing projects.
