...in fact, scrolling through the many news releases over the past 5 years, I haven't found ONE SINGLE agreement or project that PSPW has followed through on...can someone refute this?...

...and some folks wonder why others question the credibility of this company...

...Oh!, and how about that financing PR in 2011 : http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=46833424 - which was later disavowed in a 10-K buried on page 43 or something...

...which was followed in June 2012 by the announcement of a "frame agreement" (lol - this company is very short on details) for a "project-collateralized" (lol again) lending facility...

..."project-collateralized"?...They have "a" project going?...

...all I see is alleged projects being cancelled...

...and would someone please explain to me what all the hullaballoo was about yesterday with regard to the "new" CEO?...

...what was it that someone said? : "So Our New CEO is the Ex CEO of a $5 billion company"...did anyone realize that he apparently was already your CFO?...lol AGAIN!...

...and despite the fact that there are possibly many, if not dozens of projects on the near horizon, despite the fact that Mr. Rahman will have an unenviable schedule and task, PSPW has decided that he will continue in the dual role of CFO!!! (today's Chairman's Message)...(you guessed it, lol again)!...

...well, folks, here's what the ol' Mystic is gonna predict : A flurry of new news releases are on their way over the ensuing weeks ; more "frame agreements" and "strategic alliances" and financing "negotiations" and musical chairs , etc...

...I'm guessing the boys behind this alleged company are on sabbatical from their main jobs and decided once the SP got down to one red cent that it was time to act ; time to turn on the lights for awhile - some peeps prolly got some shares to sell...

...I'll also predict that PSPW will run for a couple of weeks, perhaps longer as long as (if) the company continues to harvest carrots (new releases)...

...and that's all I see in PSPW - a company and its people with nothing but unfulfilled promises and shares to sell...
