Well they walked under me on my buy order.How the heck can it trade lower then the price I've set higher.I thought if you had a higher bid then the rest your order filled before a lower price bid.

It just happen with that 52k at .0092.

As far as the lawsuit there is one but its not really a valid one for the defense.I'm betting its a standard bolier plate agreement and I'm betting the judge already know its a moot issue.

I say watch a plantiff summary motion come and its granted with damages way beyond the 2 million.

Rememember the non-payment came after the Belch issuse last summer for issues in 2007.2008.

Pfizer said we got Intellect,Chain and all shareshoilders now so we scheme up this so called dispute knowing ILNS was going to be delayed for a year or more and they hoped Intellect would fold.

It failed and pay back is really a BI###!
