i'm not a fan of this *for profit* site (yes i'm implying the obvious)
but they are good for one thing imo .. ease of access re: this info
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CERP/short-sales
==
to answer your question .. *sort of* .. i don't have a lot of time
currently beyond some basic data retrieval but here is another site
you might want to bookmark (and if you don't have a quality source
of rt l2 i'd rec'd accessing one .. i use equity feed for their MM
logs aka timestamps) because what folks need to understand is that
*documentation* of daily data is the PROs' (manipulators) achilles' heel
first site to bookmark (note i'm showing you Dec 2012's data on CERP)
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=CERP&SortBy=volume&Month=12-1-2012&IMAGE1.x=9&IMAGE1.y=5
can you see what i see re: 2012 YTD *volume* reported to FINRA?
you have the PRIMARY >> NITE >> doing essentially double what the
Secondary MM reports (CSTI) .. understand exactly why that is
then you have 4 MMs' essentially *reporting* almost identical *volume* (2012 YTD)
then notice who shows *where* in JAN 2013
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=CERP&SortBy=volume&Month=1-1-2013&IMAGE1.x=17&IMAGE1.y=11
and here is the last round of dated data .. FEB 2013
notice the change out yet again except of course for NITE
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/tradeact_mv.asp?SearchBy=issue&Issue=CERP&SortBy=volume&Month=2-1-2013&IMAGE1.x=10&IMAGE1.y=4
realize that imo PROs work both sides of a stock *daily* .. they
also instill FUD via the usual sources .. which is why i'm a big
believer in folks understanding their own risk/reward .. doing their
own DD .. recognizing patterns and why even when logic *dictates*
PROs' never cover one second b4 being forced to do so ..
this is why *volume* matters >> the less the better to reveal the PROs' bogus bs .. done daily
at last check >> PROs' had gotten CERP *negative* (all the better
to rant about market's reaction to patent info) and *volume* shows
CERP Volume 9,667,435
10-Day Average Volume 12,323,874
90-Day Average Volume 13,232,006
what i see here .. is they (PROS) are trying to get *blood out of a stone*
meaning the avgs keep *decreasing* >> 90 day is 1M more than (approx) 10 day avg and even today with patent news out ..
Cereplast Granted Patent for Biodegradable Nanopolymer Compositions
GLOBENEWSWIRE – 8:00 AM ET 03/12/2013
they can't get *volume* >> tells me >>> coupled with *threshold* reset continuously via colluding entities .. that no one is selling
btw i'm never referring to *retail* ..
i have a rule of thumb (it's all about CONtrol by the PROs re: OTC)
ideally any day they can show sub 30% via daily reg sho is a good one for them
now just for fun .. here's daily reg sho data .. also worth noting
for the patterns in play displayed over (approx) the last 20 trading days
notice the sequence of daily reg sho percentages *increasing*
it's also wise to recognize eom *change outs* via MMs' showing
on rt l2 (real time level 2) and *volume* in play

for those who've asked .. i'll try to do a basic set of data points
folks *imo* should be observing/noting when it comes to specific
stocks that have triggered *threshold* they have an interest in
my best guess is i can do that sometime this weekend .. my time
has been not only limited >> but the crazy weather here in the NE
hasn't helped re: my schedule setting me back approx 2 weeks
hope this helps fill in some aspects for you
just realize my 2 caveats and why they matter when it comes to the PROs
*working* the OTC (they can almost always *outlast* retail)
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=85180131&txt2find=caveats
what is really nice to see about CERP >> is the volume shows little *success*
for all the PROs' efforts >> the PPS has been essentially held
in the same range for the last month and the last time there was
volume of substance >> was back on 2.11.13 (note the obvious)
