Thank you! Those statements make my point about Wallace being a sociopath. Their greatest glory is to create a "willing victim." Sociopaths are so mentally ill that not only do they get "high" from inflicting pain, (Here the joy of inflicting financial and hence emotional anguish-) they also get "high" from having their desired "willing victim" to resist them and inflict pain on them. Yes, as a card carrying sociopath, Wallace gets high as a kite inflicting and RECEIVING pain (when he is defeated, but lies that it ain't so!).

Of course Wallace denies being publicly humiliated by his long time insistence that he would be selling all of Spencer's stock. Now that Wallace has been creamed by his crash into Rule 144's Beneficial Owner Requirements, he prevaricates or just outright lies and says "it ain't so since I say it ain't so!"

BTW, it is intuitively obvious to this casual observer that since it is well established here:

...that Wallace has initiated 8-10 legal actions against the Spencers in the last 3-5 years...

...and that the Spencers have only initiated only TWO (one for Wallace's violation of his NDA with GOSY, and the other a Temporary and then Permanent Protection Order) that Wallace is indeed the sociopath frantic to inflict emotional anguish on the Spencers and has NO remorse, or empathy, whatsoever-

Wallace "says" he only wants "his" money, but the reality is that he can't keep from stalking the Spencers. That was Wallace's reason for fighting the Spencers' seeking a Permanent Protection Order that would have been bilateral (mutual) and protected Wallace, too. But then Wallace is desperate to continue his stalking of the Spencers, right?
