merty doesn't want Wallace to go away. merty needs a scapegoat to blame for his failures. That's why merty won't settle. No wonder my uncle says merty is an idiot. No wonder his second wife left him. merty's recent public admission that he's scaring away investors with his incessant and inane attacks on Wallace is one of the few rational things he's said. I think current SHs may have a tortious interference claim against merty based on this public confession.
