I have been keeping an eye on Linked-In to see who has any connection to Segersten. Definitely a few medical device companies and sales reps with a connection, nothing remotely concrete though.

I had no problem with the company selling 23.5 million shares to generate some capital. The company has been pretty shareholder friendly when they dilute for the most part. Part of me wishes they were more aggressive, selling shares higher up, at least at 2X BV ($0.006-$0.007 range). Having a positive BV allows them to do it.

Saving some powder myself for one last nice buy.

I think he has posted a few times since the start of the year.

Let me know if you do make it up to Boston.
