I was going over some filings today and something dawned on me. How in the world can you initiate an employee stock option plan and issue free trading shares to "consultants" when it is a shell company with no assets, no business, no revenues??

looks to me like group might be heading in the direction of an inquiry.

I think we will be reading about these guys in the funny papers
