It's not history yet! ST was given two to three years time
by FINRA and SEC to correct the mistake, because they
are very generous to give longer time at expense of
shareholders without realizing that how much shareholders
lost in value of the shares. When I asked the company that
mistake was proven and admitted by ST in their court case!
On the strength of their admission, why company not asking
for compensation? No response from the company so far!!!!!
That's why I suspect that company is hiding something!!!!!!!!!
