New Info on GNIN's Suppliers and Imports

Most details of the GNIN pump & dump have already been covered but not much has been said about GNIN's products and suppliers. Here's some further details.

Bumboosa
Bumboosa sells the same kinds of products that GNIN says they offer. They have stronger branding and more retailers across the US and some international as well. Some of their products are now made in the USA compared to GNIN's.

Suppliers

GNIN's supplier for their toilet paper is Xiamen C&D Paper Pulp Co., Ltd and American Hygienics Corp for their wet wipes. To date GNIN has only imported toilet paper and wet wipe products but no other products they say they offer. No pictures showing GNIN's branding/packaging of these products has been found as well.

What's most interesting is the image Xiamen uses to advertise this product. The brand shown on the packaging is Up & Up which is Target's line of products sold in their stores. Why should large retailers like Target buy GNIN's products when they use the same suppliers for their own.

Here's American Hygienics Products available to order.They supply GNIN's wet wipes, Clearly Herbal product, and similar echo friendly products that large retailers sell like Walgreens

The same thing can be said for other bamboo & green products. Just look around yourself. There's a number China based suppliers exporting the same niche of products to a number of distributors. GNIN has no unique products and it is growth limited. This type of market will be controlled by large retailers and companies that will bypass GNIN to buy their product through similar suppliers. GNIN will only be able to sell to small distributors, dollar stores, and mom & pop shops.

GNIN's Import History

GNIN's imports are all available to view online since their products are from China and have to go through US customs. To date they have only imported tissue paper and wet wipes under Sensational Brands and Green Hygienics. We have screenshots of these imports but if you look around they're easy to find.

1-18-2013- Order was for toilet paper only - Assumed to be 1 truckload

Big Saver Foods: Total $47,600

1-25-2013 - Order was for two "truckloads" of toilet paper(stated in 8k) - Delivery Date of 2-19-2013

Cardenas Markets Total $41,200

2-20-2013 - Order was for two "truckloads" that total 3000pcs of toilet paper (stated in 8k) - Delivery Date of 2-28-2013 and 3-1-2013

Avanti Distribution:
December 2012 - This PO was not in the 8k - Import history shows 3 containers of wet wipes delivered

Grocery Outlet, Inc:
1-23-2013 - This PO was not in the 8k as well- No import history was found for a direct shipment between GNIN's suppliers and the Grocery Outlet, Inc. - GNIN's PR states that initial order was for wipes and toilet paper

These orders appear to match up the to the imports shown above but GNIN's direct orders have only been in the state of California. Logistically this makes the most since the product is imported through ports in California but is also a warning sign to investors. The company does not have the proper distribution network to deliver large quantities of product across North America.

The only distributer GNIN has is Avanti Distribution located in Canada. Import records show only 3 containers of wet wipes were delivered in December 2012 directly from American Hygienics.

The purchase orders show GNIN is selling each "truckload" of tissue paper for a little over $20,000. We requested a quote from Xiamen C&D for 1 container of toilet paper to get a better idea of GNIN's actual profit per container. It's expected that GNIN's total profit so far will be a small fraction of the reported purchase order revenue.
