I just spoke to David Constable...News soon - Vetting interim CEO - then announcement..Not Ned (Dundee)..He will stay on the board because he likes the project very much - Deal with IMC still on - Why the departure of Brian and wife? Board members felt he couldn't close the deal in a timely fashion, enough was enough, it was time for new blood - all deals are still on and in final stage of being closed.. expect a PR as soon as new (interim) CEO is vetted..
