I'll ask again--why would marty sue Wallace for tortious interference, claiming millions in damages, brag about it incessantly, and then drop it? Because of a make-believe criminal investigation? Delusional much? All the legal fees marty paid to pursue this lawsuit have been wasted? SHs will love to hear that. And why is marty more interested in Wallace going to jail than in getting money damages? Won't the company benefit from the money alot more than Wallace going to jail? Seems marty has his priorities screwed up. His personal vendetta severely hurts the company. It also explains why he refuses to settle.
