What you say is all true, but I don't think I'm reading anything into the most recent 8-K filing, found at

What I read is that somehow the resignation of Dupont and Moseley is not a "final event before shutting out the lights," but an effort to somehow assist FFAC and Sky Titan. It also mentions FFAC taking over the management of UITA. Hmm.

Here is the meaty part of the filing, imo:

I think there may be more here than we my realize, but I don't know for sure. Time will tell.
