To be honest, I didn't really think that it would stay @ $0.03 for such a long time, but I do feel that this is a good entry point... I own it & I'm trying to put together a basket of small-cap E&P's who operate Costal-Louisiana Assets... I think this fairway is under-explored because it is difficult to run seismic in a swamp & it is costly to permit & drill canals for inland-barge drilling rigs...
