SHAREHOLDER UPDATE - JOTA Property Chile

Medinah Minerals, Inc. is extremely pleased to report that it has completed its due diligence and has acquired a 20% share ownership interest in the Chilean company, “Sociedad Contractual Minera American Medinah Gold (AMG)”.

AMG Company acquired the entire JOTA properties comprising 3,150 hectares of placer claims and 3,200 hectares of hard rock claims, for a total acreage of 6,350 hectares. The claims have been fully surveyed and converted to “Mensura” inscription authenticated titles. (Details of claims posted on website under “Project Information”).

The JOTA properties were subject to a prior comprehensive Chilean Government study that included the drilling of numerous test holes. Governmental reports indicated that there was a substantial tonnage of gold material available for extraction. These reports are being analyzed by the AMG Geologist to develop the plan to provide extraction machinery and begin processing.
In late January into Early February 2013, the JOTA claims were subject of an extensive filming by the Discovery Channel Television Producers. We are informed that this program will air in North America in late March. The Discovery TV Channel spent considerable time and monetary outlay utilizing helicopters to fly over and examine the hard rock properties as well as field testing the placer sands.

Each of the JOTA properties were assembled and then acquired by the Quijano family over several years. The Chilean Company, American Medinah Gold, was formally incorporated and registered in Santiago, Chile on November 5, 2012. Specific JOTA claims ownership is as per the “Certificado” posted on the Medinah website under “Project Information”. Medinah Minerals Inc. issued 20 million Common shares to acquire their 20% shareholding interest in the JOTA properties.

It should be noted that several interested mining companies have recently examined the JOTA properties and expressed interest in joint venture participation, which is being considered.
