Emergo and Expert Resources both are leaders in CE mark and other ISO inspections! These companies have both a 100 % track record to obtain CE mark with their clients.

I contacted Emergo because I knew that ER coulnt give me info about a client., here is the response fro their Specialist in that matter

News about Audit next Tuesday

Ipost this again because of the New Investors, they need to know!

It was mentioned that Stage 1 Audits could take months if not years depending what they find, well I did my DD and contacted Emergo group they are the same as Expert resources, the company that Sndy hired for CE mark.

Here is the scoop

Notified Bodies will request the Technical documentation several weeks in advance of the Stage 1 audit, as review of the technical documentation will begin prior to their on-site audit. Review times will also vary depending on the type and classification of device –

I would also mention that following the successful completion of the Stage 1 audit, your Notified Body will then schedule a time to conduct the Stage 2 audit which is largely to test the effectiveness of you Quality Management system.

Once both stages have been successfully passed, certification will be issued at the discretion of the Notified Body.

The Notified body in this case is TUV SUD that conducts the Audits, so knowing they scheduled the Audit for Tuesday means, They have reviewed all documents and they assume that they will find no major difficulties on Tuesday, otherwise they would not bother to come there

What I heard is that all Notified bodies are very busy and dont have time to waste

Thus we will hear good news next week!,
