First of all, it was your position for many months that Novamex did not even exist because 1)It did not show up on Google search and 2)It did not show up on the Mexican corporate business registry. It was pointed out to you that Novamex could be a Trust, not a company per se that needed incorporation. It was also explained why a Trust like Novamex might be set up.
So after months of denial from your side, you are now stating that Novamex does indeed exist and de Leon Sanchez and Navarro are somehow part of it because they sold the properties to Omar Madrigal who sold it to Southridge? That statement in itself is yet another contradition because it was also your position that Southridge didn't own these mining assets, right? How about the statements that these BOD guys were never on the SRGE board but somehow now they are moving to MSJ's board after being on the SRGE board?
So which is it now? Let's keep the views consistent.
Novamex is not de Leon and Sanchez. Novamex is 50% Omar Madrigal and 50% Omar Madrigal's company.
