From some of the items I've learned in another case, just sending the Judge material will net you nothing. They don't act. I don't mean won't act, I mean by rules of court, they can't initiate action. They can only react and expand on what is presented to them in either open court or filed motions. Under a motion, the opponent has to be given time to respond, plus someone has to be there to present it in open court. You can file a motion as an interested party.
