You would bet that they would file? Really? Let's look at their more recent history.

-August 2011 8K stating they will get current. NOPE
-September 2012 8K stating they will get current. NOPE
-January 2013 8K again stating they will put out filings. ?

Definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
