.0001 post worth a read.
OTC plays are in the works when companies give shares of common stock to funders for loans or debit conversion. It's the large amount of new cheap stock available for sale, which moves the price higher, with news hype and out right manipulation. So the big guys get their return on investment up front.
I say it takes 100 million, average daily volumes, for any funder to actually start a move for a triple zero stock. So unless you see that volume daily, not just once in a while. Doubt any move will be coming.
What those here and there volume spike are is probably professional bottom fishers and/or get rich quick beginners, which accumulate over time and hold hoping for a run to sell into.
At your .0001 price level it's real cheap to buy a large position for the future. Pro's don't expect it to run any day. Just figure eventually they will get their money back or much higher. The logic is sound, if you have alot of cash you don't need and can tie up for months.
But the average Joe can't live without a few hundred to a few thousand that long.
Lets run the numbers for your stock. They traded 180 mil and there were 48 trades, which means the average trade was 3.75 mil at .0001 or $375 dollars. ps; 99% of the trades were at .0001. Now all that volume doesn't look that big. It just means 48 guys accumulated $375 worth each hoping to sell it at .0002 or higher.
The problem with this is there were maybe 25 guys the day before and 50 the day before that, and so on. Add them all up and you end up way back in the end of the line with sell orders at .0002 for a double. Plus the .0002 sells sold may be 1% a day. These numbers show you could be waiting in line for months for your turn to close. And every time a GTC order needs to renewed you start at the back of the Que again. Since GTC (good till closed) orders need to be renewed every 30 days. You better hope your turn comes in the first month. Which is very rare.
Basically saying wasting your time with these musical chairs .0001 plays. The music keeps playing and you can get real tired circling before it's your turn to sit down! On the other hand someone with say $500 at 10 different .0001 stocks sees this as a $5k investment. Without the possibility of a loss. Because it can't sell lower. The worst case is break even, if they want their money back.
But if your playing triple zeros for income gains, forget it. IMO
