W2 Energy is excited with the appointment of Mr. Wan Hasni as the CFO of the company, he holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Iowa, an expert in the global financial markets, where he used to serve in various capacity as Chairman, Directors, or CEO of several financial institutions in Asia. He also has tremendous experience in the Middle East markets, as well as Asian markets. As well as W2 Energy he currently serves as Advisor capacity to investment groups from the Middle East and Asia.

Mr. Hasni will add strength to the company as CFO, whereby he is entrusted to engage the company into acquisitions of companies in the "clean fuel" business in Asia; and into "Power Generation" business. He will also lead the company in financial audits as well as corporate finance.

We expect the unit to be in full production first quarter of this year.

During the year we implemented our coal water slurry processor and are presently producing test quantities. The product is being tested for compatibility as a direct number 6 fuel oil replacement. We are also in the process of testing for combustion characteristics by a third party lab, which will allow us to market the product to a broader base of clients.

"Since our fuel replacement is processed using an agglomeration method, our fuel is virtually free of ash and sulphur as well as other contaminants. This makes for a very desirable market. We are already in discussions for the production of our coal slurry in several specific geographical regions. Our coal slurry processor has recently produced several batches of product which has been sent out for independent testing."

Plans are for W2 Energy to produce a COF (Coal Oil Fuel) that will use a combination of biodiesel and coal that will be a direct replacement for heating oil at 50% of the cost. Additionally, the fuel and heating oil will have a 30% bio-renewable factor in it which will allow for renewable credits.

2013 will be a defining year for W2 Energy. Years of hard work and patience is the key to seeing the fruits of our labour. We have generated several new strategic alliances throughout the world which are generating new sales leads on a daily basis. We will be begin to see several new contracts for fuel products and take off agreements as well as JV agreements on our coal and bio-mass to liquid fuel systems. 2013 will also see new faces in senior management roles. With our continued growth we will need to put into place a strong management team with experience in international business as well as daily management. Also in 2012, the advancement and redesign of the solar bug went from putting the one seated unit to a two seated unit with cargo space. The battery system has been redesigned as well as modifications have been made to allow for a W2 Energy rotary combustion engine as a range extender. We missed our mark on our completion date on this project simply due to the re-allocation of resources but, will continue to move this product forward and hope to have the new design ready for initial prototypes in the first half of 2013.
