The prepaid card is about to tackle one of the more challenging issues for prison re-entry. Continental Prison Systems (CPSZ:PK) , a $4.6 million start up in California, offers a banking system for inmates. They call it the E-Z Card & Kiosk. The company installs kiosks inside state prisons and then issue debit cards to inmates. They refer to the system as the "cashless jail."

Prisons and their prisoners face some unique challenges. It costs a lot of money for prisons to write checks. According to CPSZ, it can cost as much as $17 per check. Hard to believe, but then again, who's counting? It is easier to see why a debit card would help prisoners. Even though prisoners can live without cash, many do earn wages while in prison. There are generally two tiers of employment. Some prisoners work for the state. In those cases, they might earn one to three dollars per day. Prisoners in work release are generally able to earn wages at the same level as any other worker. There is a caveat, though. Many prisons choose to charge rent and board for people that can get a work-release job. They are also likely to have to pay for private transport. At one prison in North Carolina, prisoners pay about $15 each way every day.

Working prisoners often want to send money to their families. The prison writes checks for them at other times - when they are released, or when they are transferring money from a prisoner's account to a child support recipient.

One in 31 Adults in U.S. Corrections System: http://www.stateoftheusa.org/content/locked-up-a-look-at-crime-and.php

In 13 States with 50 units installed = https://www.ezreleasekiosk.com/EZRelease_Remote/Default.aspx?eztk=474fc029-2e3e-41e5-8a8a-adeb613e37de

After a random search for inmates on the above link the lowest transaction fee I found was $4.95 up to $16.00 per transaction.

I underestimated (TO COME UP WITH A PROJECTION) that if they get an average of $6/per transaction, 1000(transactions per day) x $6.00/per transaction = $6,000 per day x 30 days = $180,000 Monthly
which would make it $2,160,000 Yearly, now the units do all the work even at 50% margin profits = over $1million for the year. (now 1000 transaction is not much over 12 states and 50 installed units which would make it 20 transaction per unit/ per day. Transaction consist of Traffic tickets, bonding, reloading inmates account, and debit card fees after they leave the jail
.

WHY WOULD management want Audited financials, will they have something concrete and have no problem with a 3rd party audit Company has engaged the accounting firm of dbb McKennon ("McKennon") as its new independent auditors. Continental Prisons Systems, Inc. expects to complete the audit during Q4 2012. (I would assume they are just reviewing them)

Two national prepaid card firms - Green Dot ($13/PPS) and NetSpend. What is interesting is CPSZ monopolizes the jail system (with contracts) and the inmates have a debit card, which they can keep and use even after they leave, not to forget the family members;; SO the key is they never lose the customer. too much info to post just do some DD and visit their website...

If they continue to increase their revenues, national companies like Green Dot and NetSpend will be keeping an eye on this one, last known 50 installs, the two from Fulton County Jail in Georgia are estimated to bring in $300k in revenues, so with with 50 installs we are talking millions in revenue...

I did contact the IR (702) 396-1000 (Integrity Investor Relations): IF YOU HAVE NOT TALKED TO THE IR ,,, I SUGGEST YOU DO...

1st When will the pinksheets be updated? He indicated they are working on it and it should be soon, however he did not give me an exact date. He went on to say that they are working with the company as the new IR and that Integrity was referred to the company by the companies attorney.

2nd How is integrity compensated? He indicated that they receive restricted shares.

He went on to say that there are many changes coming, and they are excited about the company, they see an amazing future;

"After an officer was caught taking cash from an inmate in the booking room we installed a booking kiosk from EZ Card and Kiosk. It's made our booking process much faster and efficient and took the liability from us. Our facility is a 3 day holding facility only. My officers were constantly being called to the lobby to handle bonds. With the EZ Payment kiosk, now they just pay at the kiosk and pay automatically. This payment system is a game changer! "

Mitchell Huston, Aurora CO

"Our staff no longer need to collect, count, transport and physically bank these funds. We've saved hundreds of man hours. Our new money management system is actually an improved public service".

In addition, the by-product of this technology is that the public can deposit funds into this kiosk system through remote locations - home computer, local library or other remote locations - family of inmates now have an easier way to get funds on inmates' books."
