The congressional office of Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) maintains one of the highest staff turnover rates, according to a report [ http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/jan/22/who-are-the-best-and-worst-bosses-on-capitol-hill/ ] from the Washington Times highlighting the best and worst bosses on Capitol Hill.

Reps. Sheila Jackson (D-Texas.) and Betty Sutton (D-Ohio) also topped the list for their high staff turnover rates.

Earlier this month, Bachmann faced claims [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/11/michele-bachmann-campaign_n_2456432.html ] that she took advantage of her presidential campaign employees by not paying them for their service. She also faced allegations [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/16/michele-bachmann-campaign-violations_n_2487954.html ] from an ex-staffer, who claimed Bachmann violated campaign finance law by directly paying campaign staffers with funds from her political action committee.

Bachmann faces further accusations for allegedly paying an Iowa state senator [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-wires/20130118/us-bachmann-aide-complaint/?utm_hp_ref=media&ir=media ] during her presidential campaign.

Bachmann ran for president [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/06/13/michele-bachmann-2012-president_n_876392.html ] during the Republican presidential primary in 2012. She withdrew from the race [ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/03/michele-bachmann-iowa-caucus-2012-results_n_1182567.html ] in June 2012, after receiving discouraging results in the Iowa caucus.
