The local sheriff thinks he is a joe arpaio or something.

Modoc County Sheriff will not enforce new gun control laws

MODOC COUNTY, Calif. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- Modoc County's Mike Poindexter says he's sending a letter to Vice President Joe Biden, saying the area agency will ignore the White House's new gun control plan and Poindexter won't let the feds enforce it either.

The sheriff says his stance is about the elected official's oath to protect the Constitution. Poindexter believes Obama's executive orders violate the Bill of Rights.
