Not to be confused with THE appeal...hopefully the lawyers will file objection to the court's recommendation of SJ within this 14 day window---this will then be reviewed by another judge at the district level...
and then on to the federal appellate court...
or they settle---I'm sure TMob is feeling pretty spanky right now--but they're not out of the woods yet if this proceeds...IMO
