Robert Holdsworth and Joseph Regosta, former President and CEO of EEDG respectively, have agreed to return 29 million shares of EEDG common stock that they own personally to the Company treasury..Upon return of their 29 million shares to treasury, EEDG will have approximately 67 million shares outstanding.

Deals on the Way
Licensed co-branded units have opened and will soon be opening within Quick Service food establishments and Sports Bars in several key states. The Company is about to launch its Sports Bar franchising program

Signed Deals
Exclusive Agreement with Kenny Fellus to license and broker the licensing of a minimum of 100 co-branded Dry Fried Wings units within Manhattan over the next 12 months...Fellus' five initial licensed locations will be co-branded within his own Bravo Pizza chain, which he founded back in 1997. Fellus' first Dry Fried Wings unit will open inside his location at 146 5th Ave, which will serve as the flagship unit for Dry Fried Wings operations citywide.

More Big News on the Way
The Agreement excludes Harlem from Fellus' territory as the Company expects to sign a multi-unit Co-Branding Agreement in the coming weeks specifically for Harlem.

Possible Acquisition
The Dry Fried Wing Company also announced that it has amended its License Agreement with The Box Bar and Grill in Bethesda, MD to include a three month option to purchase The Box.

Name channge and Symbol Change on the Way
Energy Edge Technologies Corp will be filing Form 14C to begin the process for a name change to The Dry Fried Wing Company and will be applying for a symbol change

Hiring a Dealmaker to make big deals
Jaron Hines of The who Sanet Group has just been named the Company's Director of Business Development. Jay was responsible for the signing of our License Agreement with 'The Box' Sports Bar last week and has a multitude of established connections throughout the food, sports, and entertainment industries.

Sales Force in place more deals on the way
Jay has recently employed a network of 30 brokers to expand our Dry Fried Wings co-branding program nationwide, and personally has several other major deals for Dry Fried Wings in the works.

Keeping the share structure nice, more than half the shares os are now restricted and locked up.

Da Vinci's shatters 13-year sales records during weekend celebration

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dry Fried Wings #OTC: EEDG# made an imposing South Florida debut this past weekend, bringing massive crowds, wall-to-wall media coverage, and record shattering sales to Da Vinci's Pizzeria in Ft. Lauderdale.

With an assist from NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal and other local sports and entertainment stars, the neighborhood pizzeria on Galt Ocean Mile saw wings and beer sales skyrocket, with revenue from both up 770% over this weekend last year, and 350% over Da Vinci's previous all-time best. Overall weekend revenues shattered their previous 13 year record by more than 55%.

"We sold more wings in three days than we did in the past six weeks combined. Most importantly, practically everyone that tried them absolutely loved them and we're already seeing many of the same faces returning to our store every day. These wings are truly flying out the door."
