Grey Market Manipulation

The Grey Sheet Market is unregulated. There will be no Market Makers to keep an orderly market.

From studying hundreds of formerly suspended stocks reinstated to the Grey Sheet Market there will be manipulation...lots of manipulation. The SEC implemented its strongest sanction possible so there will be NO interventions by the SEC to prevent any Grey Market manipulations.

There will be collusion to support the PPS (price per share) through cross trades, EG., one account sells an odd lot at a higher PPS and a collaborative buyer will buy that odd lot....EG., a 49,724 sell with an exact buy order for the same number.

The gullible will be deliberately led to believe that there is support for the PPS. That will be FALSE support that is intended to induce buying by the gullible so that the cross traders of the exampled 49,724 orders can SELL as many shares as possible.
This type of amoral manipulation will occur hundreds of times until the sellers have sold all of their shares.

There will be NO new investors in a formerly suspended, reinstated stock onto the Grey Sheet Market, so the cross trade pariahs must feed on the existing shareholder base. There will be FALSE optimism about SRGE designed to increase buying by the gullible while the purveyors of the FALSE optimism SELL as many shares as possible. Once the sellers have unloaded their stash onto the gullible those sellers WILL disappear from the message board forums.

Readers who are thinking about buying SRGE shares beginning tomorrow are strongly advised to read the message boards of other formerly suspended, reinstated stocks to the Grey Sheet Market. Read all of the outrageous, optimistic posts DURING the suspension. Then read the even more outrageous, optimistic posts once trading resumes on the Grey Sheets. Then try to find those optimistic posters AFTER they have sold their positions to the gullible.

For starters read the LLEG, SAEI, SPNGQ boards prior to the Suspension, during the 10 day suspension, then AFTER the stocks began trading on the Grey Sheets. Those stocks parallel SRGE for the amount of extreme optimism before, during, and after the Suspension.
Once reality and pessimism set in the FALSE optimists disappeared, leaving the gullible alone with their "cheap" shares that they can no longer give away.
