She served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Newtech Resources Ltd. from December 5, 2005 to September 8, 2008 and as its President until September 8, 2008. She served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of ASP Ventures Corp. until September 8, 2008. She served as a Director of Enwin Resources Inc. from March 29, 2007 to September 8, 2008, Sibling Entertainment Group Holdings, Inc. from June 15, 2000 to June 28, 2007, Americana Gold & Diamond Holdings, Inc. from 1998 to May 1999, Black Swan Gold Mines from 1997 to 1999, Newtech Resources Ltd. from December 5, 2005 to September 8, 2008, Solar Energy Ltd. from February 2004 to March 14, 2007, OpenLimit Inc. from August 1999 to January 2004, Healthbridge Inc. since November 16, 1999, Sibling Entertainment Group Inc. since January 15, 2000.
